PITTSBURGH, PA – La Roche women's volleyball (5-17) defeated Penn State Beaver (7-9) 3-1 (25-23, 17-25, 25-17, 25-16) in a non-conference game at the Kerr Fitness Center. The win evens the season series at 1-1.

Shawn Neiswonger led the Lady Redhawks with twelve kills and Emily Foust added twenty-three assists. Marley Romano recorded a season-high nine digs and Foust and Shelby Weber finished with three serving aces apiece. Romano, Neiswonger, and Weber registered two blocks each.

The Lady Redhawks will open AMCC Conference play tomorrow when they host Pitt-Greensburg. The Bobcats are coming off of a 3-2 loss to Buffalo State on Saturday.
