In set four, the Redhawks saw themselves fall behind, 9-4 in the early stages of play, but fought back to tie the set, 13-13, just short of the midway point.

The overall run equaled 15-5 in favor of La Roche, as the lead switched to the red and white, 19-14 and would force a deciding fifth set with a 25-20 victory.
