PITTSBURGH, Pa. – La Roche women's soccer celebrated five seniors on Saturday afternoon in a matchup against Hilbert that ended in a 1-1 draw.

Hilbert wasted no time scoring the opening goal of the contest, finding the back of the net just 2:52 into the contest, taking the 1-0 lead.

La Roche would battle to score the equalizer at 17:04, when Zaida Gonzalez Rosado scored unassisted.

The score would hold the remainder of the first half and all the way until the final horn.

Hilbert ended the day with a lead in shots at 13-12, while the Redhawks led in shots on goal, 7-6.

La Roche closes its brief, two-game home stretch on Tuesday, Oct. 14 when they host Pitt-Greensburg. Opening kick is set for 4 p.m.
