GREENVILLE, Pa . - The Women's Soccer team traveled to Alumuni stadium tonight where they lost to the Thiel Tomcats 1-0 to fall to 2-2 on the season. Similar to the Redhawks last game vs. St. Vincent, the matchup was decided by a lone, late goal. This time, the winner came from Thiel Senior midfielder Emma Polinski in the 83rd minute of the match. La Roche forward Ashley Mineard recorded one of her two shots on goal in the 88th minute to give the Redhawks a chance to tie, but Freshman goalkeeper Bethany Bonnor made the save to give Thiel it's second win on the season. Prior to tonight's game, La Roche had won six of it's last seven matchups against the Tomcats.
