MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Danajah Sanders after having a knockout of a senior season, has added another honor before she officially closes the chapter as a La Roche Redhawk. Sanders was named this year Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Co-Player of the Year, as well as named to the AMCC First Team, and has now been recognized by All-Region 7 Honors by D3hoops.com. D3hoops released this morning teams and award honors for individuals of each 10 regions Tuesday morning.
Sanders had an incredible senior season for the Redhawks. She ended the season earning 440 points, as well as earning her 1,000 overall collegiate career points. Sander's highest-scoring game was at Wittenberg where she netted 29 points. Throughout the season she also played a total of 813 points on the court, hit 49 three-point shots, 156 field goals, 83 assists, 61 total rebounds, and 57 steals.
During her time at La Roche Sanders has earned a total of 1,340 points, 269 rebounds, 226 assists, 198 steals, and 16 blocks in 104 games.
