PITTSBURGH, Pa. – La Roche men's soccer pulled through in the final minute, scoring a clutch goal to finish their matchup with Bethany in a 1-1 draw.

The Bison were the first to strike, scoring at 6:50 to take the early advantage in the contest.

The score would stay 1-0 through halftime and all the way until the final minute of the contest,

With just 37 seconds remaining, the Redhawks pulled out a stunning goal, as Nico Manos connected on a header off a throw-in from Phillip Hawkins, just going over the goalkeepers outstretched glove to tie the match and lead to the eventual final score.

Shot totals were few and far between, as La Roche led total shots, 9-5. Bethany led the shots on goal total, 3-2.

The Redhawks return to action on Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. when they travel to St. Vincent.
