PITTSBURGH, Pa. - La Roche men's soccer picked up its first AMCC Player of the Week award of the 2025 season, as junior captain Malvin Madzimbamuto was named the conference's Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Madzimbamuto was a terror for opposing defenses this past week, starting the two-game week with a hat-trick and an assist in the Redhawks 9-1 win over Penn State Beaver.

Madzimbamuto followed that performance, scoring not only the game-winning, but lone goal in a 1-0 triumph over Alma on Friday night.

For the week, Madzimbamuto finished with four goals, one assist and nine points, while taking eight shots between the two contests.
