HERMITAGE, PA -- The La Roche University golf team opened the 2019 spring season with a fifth place finish at today's Thiel Invitational at the Avalon Golf and Country Club. Grove City earned the team win and Cal U's Mike Chahoy the individual win.

Kordell Collins shot a team-best 78 to finish tenth. Tom O'Toole finished with an 82 and tied for twenty-second. Pat McCall and Tyler Booher were just one shot back and tied for twenty-fifth.
