For the second consecutive year, La Roche women's soccer forward Bethanie Moreschi has won the prestigious Harry G. Austin Scholar Athlete Award. The award is given to the athlete who best blends academic achievements with play on the field.

In the fall, Bethanie became the third Lady Redhawk to win the AMCC Player of the Year award. She led the conference in goals for a second time and ranked in the conference's top 2 in points for a third time. She finished the season with 16 goals and 2 assists, and ended her career as the school's second leading scorer with 68 goals.

Bethanie was also a member of this year's NCAA Tournament women's tennis team.
