FORT PIERCE, FL -- La Roche Baseball (1-0) opened the season with a 13-1 win over Martin Luther College (0-4). Starting Pitcher James Connelly threw six strong innings allowing only five baserunners while striking out six.

Anthony Girdano and Sean Lubin recorded two hits apiece in the win.
